Where have my enemies gone?

  • Re-added EEoS+Addon (Tweaked the shout distribution so that enemies aren't using incredibly overpowered shouts)
  • Added Hand Placed Enemies LIGHT so that there is an increase in enemy count, without feeling swarmed
  • Back end fixes
