These mods are going to be the ones that effect HOW the game is played.
Last Seed handles the survival elements of the modlist, requiring you to eat, drink, sleep, and Frostfall requires that you keep warm and dry against the elements. Dirt and Blood also introduces a lightweight Dirt and Blood mechanic, where the dirtier you are, the more likely you are to catch a disease, and have a harder time bartering with Shopkeepers. Additionally, you will need to sleep to level up, which can be accomplished by renting a room at an inn, or utilizing a bedroll from Campfire
Wounds brings injuries to the list, in the form of various debuffs based on the injury type. These injuries can only be sustained in combat, and the heavier the armor you are wearing, the less likely you are to be injured. Mages beware, as a bandit with a sword will be far more deadly.
Spellforge introduces a fun and immersive way of obtaining new spells. It now requires Arcane Resin to create a spell, and some experimentation on your part.
Rotmulaag lets you meditate on more than just the three basic words of power with Paarthurnax, a dragon as old as Alduin, providing unique bonuses when those shouts are used.
Skills of the Wild contributes a number of changes to how the list is handled. The first two that are most obvious are the lack of compass, and the lack of a sneak meter. Both of these can be acquired through the Skills of the Wild perk trees via the Campfire. You will also need to snag a perk to be able to harvest wood out in the world (though there is deadwood that can be collected off the ground, as well as woodchopping blocks in every town and city). These are all things that contribute to the overall feel of the list.
