Realm of Lorkhan is the Alternate Start mod used in ForgottenGlory's modlists. By default Living Skyrim 4 uses a severely modified version of the Realm of Lorkhan which can be found here. This page will further detail any changes made to the Realm.
The Shards have also been removed throughout Tamriel, so your stay in the Realm should be short. Please make sure you find and pick up any loot you require for your journey as you will not be able to return.
The Realm should contain just about anything a budding adventurer headed for Tamriel should need. While a definitive list of items available won't be made, the following sections will provide some broad outlines on the kinds of things one could find contained in the Realm. You would do very well to do some searching on your own, you might find some interesting treasures.
The large open area of the Realm will be referred to as the Exterior and the buiilding referred to as the Secunda Hall.
With few exceptions you should expect Iron and Leather (or equivalent) gear to be available in the Realm. Both the Exterior and the Secunda Hall should contain various types of equipment including: Clothing, Light and Heavy armor, as well as Mage robes. What you find may vary playthrough to playthrough but it should largely be the same every time you play.
Ranged weaponry and ammunition should also be available both in the Exterior and the Secunda Hall if that's your preferred approach to combat.
ℹ️ Please note any attempt to "save scum" the spawns in the Realm may not turn out well due to the games method of spawning items. Ensure you close Skyrim completely and re-open it to start a new game if you attempt this.
With the exception of the Tomes located on the table near where your spawn in the Exterior, and two spells inside the Secunda Hall, Tomes found in the Realm will largely be random. They may include powerful spells if you are lucky, or you may receive duplicates.
The Tomes on the table near your spawn point will always be some form of Novice Destruction spell and a Healing spell. Overall you should be able to find at least basic spells for almost every class of magic from various locations around the Realm.
Some robes are also available in the Exterior, the enchantments you find on these will be random though you should find it useful at the start of your adventure.
The vast majority of the books located in the Realm will be generic clutter books, feel free to take them if you're a collector.
If you search well enough you might find some Skill books to help you out in your adventure.
With the exception of Alchemy ingredients the vast majority of crafting materials have been removed from the Realm. Various valuable items have been left around the areas of the Realm, there should be plenty of secrets to find if you explore, these can range from reasonably powerful weapons to valuable treausres to give you a small headstart if you're lucky.

All NPC characters and Merchants have been removed from the Realm, this includes the Vampire that allows you to contract Sanguinare Vampiris.
ℹ️ There is currently an intermittent bug where various NPC characters can spawn in the Exterior of the Realm. They can safely be ignored as they will not interfere with the game in any way. We are aware of the issue but do not currently have a solution.
Realm of Lorkhan's Classes, Curses and Boons system has been completely removed. Living Skyrim 4 uses various other mods to fill these functions, you can find more information about these in the documentation
Factions have been removed from the Realm to prevent potential issues with other mods in the list.
All of the Standing Stones and various Shrines to the Divines are still available throughout the Realm for you to start out with any blessings you might want.
The various Crystals scattered throughout the Realm will lead you to several different places located throughout Tamriel. Some of these will be vastly more difficult than others, so please use caution and make a save before you travel. All attempts have been made to ensure each start is at the very least playable, and none of them should lock you in a situation you have absolutely no escape from (even if that escape is difficult)
Aside from a different location to start your game in, none of the Crystals will give you any new content or quests, so feel free to pick whichever one you prefer or that suits your Character.
