If you want to have a sexual experience with creatures as well as humans, you'll need to enable the creature profile. This can be done by switching to it at the top of MO2. It'll also enable other mods with side effects, such as the ones listed below.

Pheromones

If you're being attacked, used or drank a tainted potion you might have gotten pheromones. Depending on what kinds of pheromones you got you'll be ambushed by that creature. This only happens outside of cities and randomly. Nothing you can do to prevent these encounters besides chill in a city.

Parasites

Fell into water and got a living armor? Or has a creature infected you with a parasite? Talk to Danica in Whiterun and she'll help you... with most of them at least. She'll give you the recipe for potions to cure parasites. Due to how convoluted Alchemy is, these potions can be found at the Cooking Pot! Some of these parasites may turn you into a milk maiden as well. More on Milk Mod here.

Egg Factory

While looting nests, or picking up eggs, you might randomly encounter some cursed eggs. These will curse you with an "eggnancy". While you can remove it with "Remove Curse" potions at every temple or Farengar's room, laying enough eggs gives you a permanent stat boost! Here are some listed:

• Aspect of the Fish - Water-breathing
• Aspect of the Dragon - Fortify Shout Timer 20%
• Aspect of the Chaurus - Resist Disease 25%
• Aspect of the Spider - Resist Poison 25%
• Aspect of the Great Bird - Fortify Carry Weight by 50
• Aspect of the Bird - Resist Magic 10%

SexLab - Aroused Creatures

Whenever a non-hostile creature has enough arousal it may either force itself upon you, or seduce you. You can also manually initiate a scene by pressing the hotkey. This makes it easier to have fun with the tame creatures.
